Annual Plant Sale
Purpose of Project: To generate funds for the Association by selling plants from Master Gardener gardens. At the same time, interact with the public and talk about gardening. The Plant Sale traditionally has been held the Sunday before Mothers' Day, at the Ruritan Park on Route 151, 3 miles north of Nellysford, in association with the Rockfish Valley Community Center.
Number of Volunteers Needed: Everyone.
Skills Needed: Organization, potting up, labeling, pricing, hauling, selling, etc.
